Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Promise
At NutFarm, we take great care in sourcing, packing, and sealing every product to reach you fresh and in perfect condition. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or phone with your order details and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, as applicable.
3. Quality Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of a product, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but the points above for damaged/incorrect items will still apply.
5. Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (unless damaged or defective)
- Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Change of mind after dispatch
6. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (or via UPI/bank transfer, where applicable) within 5–7 business days of approval.
